What is a pane? |
|
A single pane of glass is defined by our company as any piece of glass incased on
all four sides with either wood or metal. A pane includes both the inside and outside
surfaces of the glass. |

How do you charge? |
|
|
We charge per pane of glass. The most accurate way to receive a quote is for a customer
service representative to visit your home in person and develop an estimate. |
|

How do you clean the windows? |
|
|
We clean the windows using a mild cleanser and squeegee. |
|

Do you clean windows year-round? |
|
|
Yes! We have a special solution which will not freeze on your windows. If you schedule
during the winter months, please note that your appointment may change due to weather. |

Do I have to be there when they are cleaning my windows? |
|
|
We prefer that all customers are home at the beginning of the cleaning to sign off
on the work order. But, feel free to leave at any time during the cleaning. If you
cannot be there at the conclusion of the job, leave a check made out for the full
amount at the jobsite. |

Do the crew members need access to a water source? |
|
|
Yes, for power washing and gutter cleaning. It is helpful for all window cleaning
jobs as well. However, window cleaning can be done without a water source, but gutters
and power washing can not be done without a water source. |

Do I have to move anything before they clean? |
|
|
Yes. If you have knick knacks on the window sills it is recommended that you removed
these items prior to the cleaning. For larger furniture, it is recommended that
you either move the furniture away from the window or direct the crew to do so when
they arrive. |

Are you insured? |
|
|
Yes, we are fully insured. |
|
|
How long will my job take? |
|
|
Every job is different, but on average, two crew members can complete approximately
$100 worth of work in one hour. |
|

What is your cancellation policy? |
|
|
We require a notice of at least two business days for all cancellations. Any cancellation
made after this deadline will be honored; however, please know you will be charged
a cancellation fee of $85. In the case of emergency, the charge may be waived. |
